Shipping & Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping delivery.
As a small, handcrafted business run by just me and one staff member, processing and shipping may take a little time, but we are committed to dispatching your orders at the earliest.

Delivery Delays, Lost Parcels & Damages
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, as we are not a courier company, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us via email with your tracking details, and we will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered, but you haven’t received it, reach out to us immediately. Our shipping aggregator allows us only 48 hours to file a claim. If you contact us after this period, we will not be able to take responsibility for the lost package, and refunds or replacements will not be possible.
For damaged parcels, please record an unedited unboxing video and share it with us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to escalate the issue with the shipping company. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot process refunds or replacements for damaged products.
Local Deliveries & Pickups
We offer local delivery through services like Swiggy Genie or Porter, with delivery charges to be borne by the customer. However, once the package is handed over to the delivery person, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. If the parcel is left outside your home or with a security guard and goes missing, we cannot be held liable.
For those in Kochi, you can opt for local pickup at checkout and collect your order from our store at The Croft, Kacheripadi, Kochi. This option is free of shipping charges.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Since we cannot resell products once they leave our supervision, all sales are final.
However, if you have any concerns about your order, please write to us at sales@siloamsoap.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellations
Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled.
Soap Appearance & Variations
All our soaps are handcrafted in small batches and cut by hand, making each bar unique. Due to the natural saponification process, variations in design, texture, and appearance are expected from batch to batch.
You may notice small air pockets or a whitish layer on the surface (Soda Ash)—these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the quality of the soap. The product you receive may differ slightly from photographs, but we ensure that the ingredients and formulation remain consistent.

We are not medical professionals and do not claim that our soaps provide any therapeutic or medicinal benefits. Our soaps are designed solely for cleansing.
We highly recommend conducting a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
